You are Special!

You are special. Has this ever comes across your mind?  You can do incredible things in a way that no one else can. You are amazing! The Bible says you are fearfully and wonderfully made. God made you with such respect. If He made you with respect, then what would it be like for you to have a sense of value, worth and respect for yourself? I believe that because you and I were made in His image, our ability for greatness is huge!

The truth is more than a few do not feel that way. The majority of us as children are very delighted about life. We love to dream and to have fun. It doesn’t take long for the song in our hearts to die away. It doesn’t take long to hear messages akin to “you can’t do that; you’re a fool; who do you think you are”? We consent to these messages and they turn out to be the typescript through which we do our life. We all start out special as originals just to end up as copies. Before you know it, we discover our lives dancing to the beat of a different hit. All the way through we find out that we have been hard-pressed into a style that somebody else has given us and it doesn’t fit very well.

I accept as true, it is time for you to get well, to build up your strength, your heart, your voice and your enthusiasm. You were born to create, to dream, to explore and to impact and influence everything you lay a hand on! Don’t undervalue your importance or value. You are precious and special and there is no one else like you and no one else can do what you do.

God created you to be different from everyone else, and that's why you are special. Don’t give anyone permission to take away your happiness, your vision or your passion. You matter, your dreams matter and more greatly, you matter to the One above us. He knew you before you were formed in your mother's womb and He loves you.
